Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, which includes processing and delivery (or arranging for delivery) of product orders.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Trademark Notice: The Nafis logo is a trademark and is protected by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt against misuse or tampering in any way.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information including your name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth.
All of our products and services are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us at nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org within 2 business days from delivery.
Note: Product prices shown do not include taxes and other fees regulated by the Egyptian government. These will be added at checkout along with shipping costs.
Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive email confirmation with order details. Track your delivery through My Account → Order Status.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation after payment is made and processing begins. Cancellation only allowed before payment.
Important: Items can only be canceled before they leave our facility. If the Cancel Items button is not visible, your cancellation period has expired.
